Royal Canin Dental Care forms part of the Feline Care Nutrition range and offers the following double action formula:

Mechanical Action
Specifically designed for a targeted action, the kibble size, texture and shape encourages the cat to chew thoroughly. This mechanical action produces a daily tooth brushing effect that helps reduce the formation of dental plaque on teeth.

Chemical Action
The formula is enriched with an “Active Dental Agent” (calcium chelators) which trap the calcium present in saliva. This helps limit dental plaque hardening and forming tartar.

Proven Results
The exclusive use of this formula is effective after 28 days: up to 59%* reduction in tartar formation.

Introducing your pet to a new diet should ideally be done gradually over 7 days to avoid the possibility of digestive upset. We suggest the following:

Days 3-5
Mix 50% old food with 50% new food.

Days 6-7
Mix 25% old food with 75 % new food.

Day 8
You can now feed your pet 100% of the new food.
